Bev saved the day during our scheduled home inspection of a rental property I was considering buying. Had she not stepped up and took responsibility for solving another realtors' mistake, the day would have been a disaster. I had traveled 5 hours to attend the inspections and with 3 inspectors scheduled for that morning, simply rescheduling the inspections as suggested by the listing agent would not have worked. Bev took ownership of the problem and skillfully negotiated with the residents which allowed the inspections to be completed on time. She is a valuable asset and a credit to Watson Realty.
