We had a wonderful experience working with Bev. She was always quick to schedule showings, took the time to gather additional information whenever we had questions, and carefully listened to our concerns. We never felt rushed or pressured, and she was always willing to help us weigh the pros and cons of each property. We also had to bring our kids along to every showing, and she was so kind and accommodating. Her patience made what could have been a stressful experience much easier for our family. I am so grateful for the time and effort she invested in helping us. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely caring realtor.

When I finally landed on the house I wanted, Bev navigated through the process with inexperienced, unreasonable sellers and a Seller’s Agent that was, dare I say, was belligerent and at times dare I say it, abusive. I was looking to relocate from Arizona to Southern Georgia. I was very fortunate to find the most amazing realtor, Bev Wakeley, with Watson Realty. I spoke with Bev over the phone and she gathered information about my preferences in a home and desired area. I would be flying in for several days to find a home. We confirmed a date and viewed 10 homes. Bev was a wonderful resource and answered all of my questions. It is without hesitation that I would highly recommend Bev as your first choice as an experienced and knowledgeable realtor!

Bev was the one consistently bright spot in the experience of selling our home. Always cheerful, knowledgeable, and energetic, she connected us with resources, and, whenever possible, handled things herself. This was important because we were selling the house from 300 miles away and often needed her to stand in for us. We found Bev’s advice straightforward and honest, and we trusted her implicitly. And, by the way, our home sold after one showing (her photos were dynamite)!

I just got lucky having Beverly Wakeley as a real estate agent! Saw the first house in St Marys the week after Christmas and Beverly was the agent that showed my son and I the house. I felt like I could trust her from the minute we met. There were a couple of things I was looking for in an agent: Knowledgeable: Beverly knew the St Marys area very well but also seemed to have done research BEFORE she showed a house. For example - the first house was actually in a certain year flood zone and she made sure I was aware because the insurance would costs more. This didn't help her sell the house, but I felt like she was looking after my best interest. The second house we saw she made me aware of the fact that it was very close to a school and traffic could be busy at certain times of the day. Communication: I work full time and so communication isn't always possible. There were times I couldn't call or text back quickly, but she always kept me in the loop - predominantly with email since that was the best form of communication for me. She was consistently guiding me through the process and kept me on the right track. Reliability: She always seemed to be available to me - whether it was showing a house or answering my many questions. I never felt like I was bothering her, and I do appreciate that because I know at times I am sure that was the case! Beverly was always professional and positive.

From the initial call to the closing day, Beverly was extremely responsive, understood our needs and was our advocate. She went up and above to represent our interests. We have been involved in many real estate transactions over the years. I can honestly say that Beverly was one of the best real estate agents with whom we have dealt. We highly recommend Beverly!

Bev saved the day during our scheduled home inspection of a rental property I was considering buying. Had she not stepped up and took responsibility for solving another realtors' mistake, the day would have been a disaster. I had traveled 5 hours to attend the inspections and with 3 inspectors scheduled for that morning, simply rescheduling the inspections as suggested by the listing agent would not have worked. Bev took ownership of the problem and skillfully negotiated with the residents which allowed the inspections to be completed on time. She is a valuable asset and a credit to Watson Realty.
